Responsibilities: Lead, supervise, and coach the treatment team to maintain excellence in service.
Deliver expert facial and body treatments aligned with the Biologique Recherche protocols.
Organize and conduct training sessions for internal staff and hotel partners.
Ensure consistency of standards, protocols, and client care across all locations.
Act as a brand ambassador in all communications and external collaborations.
Qualifications: Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience as a spa therapist or esthetician, ideally in a leadership or training role.
Strong understanding of Biologique Recherche methodology is a strong asset.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills; fluent in English (German and/or French a plus).
Proven ability to lead, inspire, and educate teams.
Organized, responsible, and aligned with luxury service standards.

Ihre Aufgaben: Leitung, Betreuung und Motivation des Behandlungsteams zur Sicherstellung höchster Standards.
Durchführung von hochwertigen Gesichts- und Körperbehandlungen gemäß Biologique Recherche Protokollen.
Organisation und Durchführung von Schulungen für interne Teams und Hotelpartner.
Sicherstellung der einheitlichen Servicequalität in allen Standorten.
Repräsentation der Marke in Trainings, Kommunikation und externen Partnerschaften.
Ihr Profil: Mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung als Spa-Therapeutin oder Kosmetikerin, idealerweise mit Führungs- oder Schulungserfahrung.
Erfahrung mit Biologique Recherche ist ein großer Vorteil.
Ausgezeichnete Kommunikations- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten; fliessend in Englisch (Deutsch und/oder Französisch von Vorteil).
Führungspersönlichkeit mit pädagogischem Geschick.
Strukturierte, verantwortungsvolle und serviceorientierte Arbeitsweise im Luxusumfeld.
