Job Description
As a seasoned treasury professional, you will play a pivotal role in driving our Corporate Treasury Services forward. You will lead complex treasury projects, drive growth and team development, spearhead go-to-market initiatives, and further grow and build strategic vendor alliances.
Our Global Treasury Services team provides consulting services throughout the bandwidth of the treasury function-from strategy to the implementation of technology landscapes. As the importance of treasury continues to grow, the Group Treasurer has become a valuable partner for CFOs and operational units.
We are expanding our services and strengthening our team. This is a unique opportunity to:
* Lead Complex Treasury Projects: Lead and deliver domestic and international treasury transformations projects and technology implementations as well as transaction-related projects (carve-outs, integrations, etc.). You will cover governance, strategy, operating models, and operational topics such as cash liquidity, financial risk, and bank relationship management.
* Drive Growth and Team Development: Collaborate with leadership to expand our Treasury Services team across Switzerland. This includes supporting recruitment, knowledge sharing, training younger team members, and fostering team building.
* Spearhead Go-to-Market Initiatives: Contribute to thought leadership, energize sales and acquisition efforts, and innovate our corporate treasury services within the global EY network, balancing efficiency, effectiveness, and control in the digital treasury era.
* Further grow and build Strategic Vendor Alliances: Maintain and strengthen relationships with key technology vendors, particularly those related to Kyriba, FIS, and SAP, ensuring alignment with our service offerings and client needs.
Key Responsibilities
Experience:
* 5-8 years in a treasury function and/or treasury consulting, with a strong focus on technology implementations, particularly with Kyriba, FIS, or SAP.
Consulting Mindset:
* A proactive approach to consulting, sales, and business development, with a broad network in Switzerland being beneficial.
Treasury Technology Expertise:
* Strong affinity for treasury technology and proven experience in implementing treasury management systems.
Leadership Skills:
* Demonstrated ability to lead teams and projects, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
Relationship Building:
* Ability to leverage your external network and build internal relationships in a fast-paced, international environment.
Language Proficiency:
* Fluency in English is required; proficiency in German and/or French is an advantage.
