As Quality Assurance Leader (m/w/d), you will take a central leadership role within a complex industrial environment. You will be responsible for ensuring that quality standards are consistently met across products, processes, and services while actively developing both people and systems. This role combines strategic coordination, operational involvement, and people leadership, making it ideal for an experienced quality professional who wants to shape sustainable quality excellence.
You will lead a multidisciplinary team covering metrology, quality assurance, and incoming goods inspection, and act as the key point of contact for all quality-related matters across the organization. Your leadership will directly influence operational stability, customer satisfaction, and long‑term competitiveness.
Job responsibilities

* Quality Management & Coordination
* Central coordination of all quality assurance activities throughout the organization
* Ensuring effective implementation, monitoring, and continuous improvement of quality processes and standards
* Acting as the main interface between quality, production, engineering, purchasing, and other internal departments
* Supporting cross‑functional problem‑solving for quality deviations, root cause analysis, and corrective actions
* Operational Planning & Execution
* Daily and operational planning of quality‑related activities, including capacity planning and prioritization
* Ensuring timely and reliable execution of inspections, measurements, and quality checks
* Monitoring key quality indicators and initiating improvement measures where required
* Supporting audits, internal reviews, and compliance‑related activities
* Continuous Improvement & Quality Culture
* Actively promoting quality awareness and structured, precise working methods across the organization
* Driving continuous improvement initiatives using systematic approaches and best practices
* Supporting the introduction and optimization of tools, methods, and standards in quality assurance
* Contributing to long‑term quality strategy and process development
Your Profile
* Professional Background
* Completed technical education, ideally with further qualification or experience in quality assurance or quality management
* Several years of professional experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment
* Proven leadership experience, preferably in quality, production, or a related technical function
* Skills & Competencies
* Strong leadership personality with the ability to motivate, guide, and develop people
* Hands‑on mentality with a pragmatic and solution‑oriented approach
* High level of quality awareness, accuracy, and reliability
* Confident and structured working style, even in dynamic operational environments
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with different stakeholder groups
