We are looking for a new employee as a Director Business Unit Dental Preservation 100% The Director Business Unit Dental Preservation, is a key member of the COLTENE Group Marketing and Product Management leadership team. This role is responsible for driving the strategic direction and operational success of all products within the Dental Preservation segment. It requires strong business acumen and a solid understanding of Endodontic and Restorative workflows. This role oversees the full product portfolio and business operations, ensuring alignment with COLTENE Group’s global vision and market demands. By leading cross-functional teams (including product managers, junior product managers, and other support functions) the Director ensures profitable growth, innovation, and operational excellence across the unit while fostering strong relationships with key customers, industry partners, and stakeholders. They own the complete product lifecycle from idea to phase-out, bearing overall accountability for the success of their product segment globally.
