YOUR CHALLENGE
1. Execute Tax Relief at Source process – e.g. verifying required forms for accuracy, setting up accounts internally and with the custodian, concluding with the annual re-papering process
2. Support the team in BAU processes
3. Support and advise specialists/team leads on problem-solving
4. Adhere to guidelines and policies
5. Execute complex controls
6. Manage incidents and their resolution
7. Support the development of new solutions
8. Handle individual queries of high complexity
9. Managing the day-to-day use of key tools and processes
10. Collaborate with partners
11. Raise requirements in collaboration with the Product Owner (PO)
YOUR PROFILE
12. Holds a higher education qualification in a relevant field
13. 3+ years of proven experience in tax-related processes within Banking Operations
14. Expertise in Tax Relief at Source processing, including form verification, account setup (internal and custodian), and annual re-papering
15. Comprehensive understanding of securities, their specific characteristics, and applicable taxation frameworks
16. Solid technical knowledge of banking operations methodologies and end-to-end processes
17. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word, to support accurate and efficient delivery
18. Able to independently manage day-to-day operations, handle high-complexity queries, and execute critical controls within a regulated environment
19. Demonstrates a strong service and customer-oriented mindset, with the ability to act as a trusted partner in client-facing processes
20. Collaborative team player who actively contributes to shared goals and supports smooth teamwork across functions
21. Problem analysis and solution-driven thinking, enabling effective resolution of complex issues
22. Exhibits strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and professionally
23. Fluent in English, German language skills are considered as a strong asset
