Senior IT Solution Architect – Finance Systems & Processes
Your tasks
* Lead the design and continuous improvement of finance IT architecture with a strong focus on SAP S/4HANA and related systems
* Collaborate with cross-functional business stakeholders in Accounting, Controlling, Treasury, Tax, Financial Services, Non-financial Reporting, and Travel Management from an architectural perspective
* Ensure sustainable, efficient architecture aligned with enterprise guidelines, including maintaining technical documentation and coordinating with fellow architects
* Develop comprehensive solution concepts, gather requirements, and translate them into system and program specifications
* Independently customize SAP S/4HANA FI/CO modules to meet evolving business needs
* Manage and oversee development efforts by internal teams and external partners, including conducting quality assurance and testing
* Support global rollouts of process and system standards, including delivering user training sessions
* Provide expert-level system support (third-level) for users worldwide, ensuring high-quality service and issue resolution
Your profile
* Degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Business Administration, or a related discipline
* Minimum of 5 years professional experience, including at least 3 years in a similar role within finance IT architecture
* Strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA FI/CO environments; knowledge of other financial applications is an advantage
* Practical ABAP programming skills
* Solid understanding of finance-related business processes and workflows
* Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in German is a plus
