The opportunity

The content and creative landscape is experiencing rapid changes in the face of AI. To support our Solutions Consulting team, we look for a visionary, customer-centric professional combining a deep understanding of content creation/marketing workflows and challenges in large enterprises with prior pre-sales experience, who confidently develops innovative technical solutions and discusses them with customer stakeholders at all levels.

What You’ll Do


* Be the trusted and innovation-driven technical advisor for your clients and account teams by leveraging your in-depth product expertise and problem-solving skills to discover opportunities for innovation, hold compelling presentations and value-based software demonstrations
* Collaborate across sales, product marketing, product management, engineering and professional services teams to translate customer’s critical business needs into suitable technological solutions and to set the strategy and vision for GenAI opportunities
* Conduct customer workshops and workflow assessments, support architecture design discussions, preparation of solution specifications and proof of concepts to validate technical solution fit for your client’s objectives and drive progression in the sales process, as well as seamless transition into implementation
* Establish and maintain great customer relationships, leveraging your industry expertise to understand and confidently inspire practitioners, leaders and deciders alike
* Represent the Adobe brand as a thought leader in public speaking engagements at events and conferences

What You Need To Succeed

* A deep understanding of marketing and content production solutions in business (or similar industry expertise) and strong knowledge of the Adobe Creative Cloud and Digital Experience solution portfolio (esp. AEM and Workfront)
* Experience with solutions involving (generative) AI, APIs, low-code automation solutions, web services and associated technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSON, Postman and others
* Ability to translate client needs into Adobe solutions and convey the value of complex, technical solution concepts in an easily understandable way to non-technical audiences up to C-level
* A customer centric mindset and the ability to identify customers' critical business problems as well as experience with appropriate methodologies to surface areas for impact, such as design thinking approaches
* Experience in building and communicating technical value propositions for enterprises
* Excellent presentation and software demonstration skills
* Experience and a track record of success in a technical pre-sales and solution selling environment
* Proficient in German and English, written and spoken at business level
* Excellent communication and self-organization skills, proactiveness and ability to leverage these working with cross-functional teams in a matrix organization
