Experienced Financial Controller to contribute to the financial management of the institution and support its growth.

MISSION DESCRIPTION
Within a dynamic team, you will be responsible for:
Participating in the budgeting process, financial forecasting and monitoring the bank's performance.
Producing and analysing financial and management reports intended for management.
Contributing to monthly and annual closings as well as the preparation of financial statements.
Ensuring the control and validation of accounting and financial operations.
Participating in the preparation of regulatory reports for the Swiss authorities (FINMA, SNB).
Collaborating with internal and external auditors during controls and audits.
Implementing and strengthening financial controls and risk management processes.
Identifying and leading continuous improvement initiatives to optimise financial processes and reporting.
Supporting and supervising an intern within the department.
EXPECTED PROFILE
Higher education in Finance, Accounting or equivalent field.
5 to 8 years of experience within a banking or financial environment in Switzerland.
Strong skills in financial control, reporting and accounting.
Good knowledge of the regulatory requirements of the Swiss banking sector.
Advanced proficiency in Excel; knowledge of Avaloq is a real asset.
Fluent in French and English.
