IOTA Group, a Swiss international consulting and engineering services company, is looking for an
Engineering Manager
to join a major project in Switzerland.
Location:
Cressier Refinery, Switzerland
Your Responsibilities:
* Lead and coordinate the engineering team to ensure quality, safety, operability, and reliability.
* Develop, manage, and review engineering work plans, schedules, and budgets.
* Guarantee compliance with HSSE standards and risk management measures.
* Act as engineering focal point: review deliverables, ensure quality assurance, and support execution phase.
* Foster collaboration between technical stakeholders and project teams.
Your Profile:
* P. Eng. qualification recognized in Switzerland.
* 15+ years' experience in engineering & construction projects (>20M CHF).
* Strong background in Oil & Gas and Renewables.
* Fluent in
French & English
(written and spoken).
* Solid knowledge of MS Project and MS Office tools.
* Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
