Scope: Global role, part of HR Leadership Team
About the Role
We are seeking a seasoned HR leader to drive and shape the global Total Rewards strategy. This position combines strategic oversight with hands-on delivery, ensuring competitive and compliant compensation and benefits practices across a complex, multinational environment. The role leads a small team and partners closely with senior HR and business leaders worldwide.
Responsibilities
* Define and execute global Total Rewards strategy for a large employee base.
* Advise leadership on compensation and benefits, balancing global consistency with local needs.
* Promote pay-for-performance culture through education and communication.
* Lead annual benchmarking, salary structures, and grading processes.
* Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and manage regional nuances.
* Support M&A and organisational change from a rewards perspective.
Qualifications
* 15+ years in Total Rewards, Benefits, Retirement, and HR, ideally in consulting and multinational environments.
* Proven expertise in compensation and benefits strategy, market benchmarking, and HR systems.
* Strong consulting and influencing skills with a global mindset.
* Preferred: Experience redesigning US benefit systems and integrating payroll/vendor connections.
* Advanced analytical, project management, and communication capabilities.
* Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred (HR, Business, Finance).
* Fluent English; additional languages a plus.
