Senior Lead Generation Specialist
We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Senior Lead Generation Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic lead management processes.
Main Responsibilities:
* Design and implement qualification models and scoring frameworks.
* Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to align processes and expectations.
* Act as the liaison between these teams, ensuring smooth communication and collaboration.
* Drive continuous improvement of demand-to-revenue processes across CRM, automation, and analytics platforms.
Requirements:
* Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
* 5+ years of experience in B2B lead management, revenue operations, or sales enablement.
* Proven experience in designing and optimizing qualification and lead handover processes.
* Familiarity with CRM (Salesforce), marketing automation (Eloqua), and performance tools.
