Overview
Stagiaire Pré-HES Food Technology (12 months) at Nestlé Suisse S.A. in La Tour-de-Peilz. From August 1, 2026 to July 31, 2027. This internship is for candidates who are pursuing a Bachelor of Science HES-SO (BSc) in Food Technology.
This pre-HES internship position is reserved for individuals who wish to pursue the BSc in Food Technology. One year of professional experience is required for these studies. Applications from candidates already enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program will not be considered.
Job Description
We offer a cross-functional internship position in the following areas: Regulatory & Scientific Affairs, Quality Management, Nutrition and Sensory.
Responsibilities
* Regulatory & Scientific Affairs (RSA)
o Ensure compliance of labels for different categories
o Support the development of product labels and communication materials in compliance with Swiss Food Regulation
* Quality Management (QM)
o Analyse and control of products for release
o Monthly Quality data controls
o Analyse return of goods from customers
* Nutrition
o Ensure label compliance with internal guidelines
o Provide nutritional support to business partners
* Sensory
o Participate in sensory tests
Required Profile
* Future student in HES-SO Valais-Wallis or ZHAW Wädenswil in food technology
* Passion for food
* Team spirit and positive mindset
* Good organization skills and structured
* Good knowledge of computer skills (Office 365: Excel, Power BI, Outlook, Teams)
* French or German as mother tongue with good competences in the other working languages (French, German, English)
