Since then, the Cronos Immo fund has experienced sustained growth, exceeding one billion francs in assets and bringing together a portfolio of over a hundred properties spread across Switzerland. The launch of a second fund marks a new stage in its development, with several properties already integrated and growth set to continue. In this context of development and expansion of its real estate assets, we are looking for a Project Manager - Client Representative.Contribute to the development of a rapidly growing real estate portfolioYour responsibilitiesIntegrated into a team of people in charge of renovation and new construction projects, you contribute to the maintenance, optimization, and development of the real estate assets under management. You manage several projects in parallel, at different stages of progress, ranging from heavy maintenance and renovation of the existing stock to redevelopment, refurbishment, or new construction projects. In a Client Representative capacity, you manage and supervise planners and companies, ensuring the quality of work and compliance with deadlines, budgets, and set objectives. You ensure the coordination of procedures with authorities, external and internal partners, while guaranteeing rigorous contractual and financial monitoring. Your role also leads you to integrate regulatory, energy, and ESG issues from the early stages, in order to secure the assets for the long term.ProfileYou have confirmed experience in managing construction projects, with a solid knowledge of the construction process, ideally acquired across all SIA phases. You have developed a global vision of the project and know how to intervene in varied contexts, whether it concerns refurbishment, heavy maintenance, or new construction. Your experience with existing buildings allows you to anticipate the technical, regulatory, and operational constraints specific to this type of intervention. Structured, versatile, and endowed with good judgment, you are capable of managing external planners, challenging technical proposals, and securing the decisions made. Holding a higher education degree in architecture or civil engineering, you have ideally already worked on the Client side.
