We are currently looking for an Associate Director, ATC Cell Therapy Operations Europe in Switzerland, United Kingdom, or Netherlands .
We seek an experienced and motivated professional to oversee cell therapy operations across Europe. This role involves supporting the integration of autologous T-cell immunotherapies within treatment centers, ensuring clinical and operational excellence. You will act as the primary contact for site onboarding and post-launch support, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams including physicians, surgeons, pharmacists, and lab personnel. Your expertise will be vital in implementing workflows, training programs, and compliance procedures to facilitate seamless cell therapy delivery. A background in cellular therapy within a clinical or industry setting is essential.
Accountabilities:
Build and maintain relationships with treatment center stakeholders (physicians, nurses, pharmacists, lab staff, etc.)
Lead operational meetings and guide the setup of standard-of-care for cell therapy services
Oversee workflows from tumor collection to final product infusion and follow-up
Conduct qualification and training of treatment centers using risk-based tools
Manage change control and quality oversight (deviations, CAPAs, etc.) at designated sites
Serve as a clinical SME for SOPs and cross-functional education materials
Ensure compliance with Chain of Identity/Chain of Custody protocols
Collaborate with internal teams to address operational deviations and develop post-launch solutions
Requirements:
Advanced degree (e.g., MSN, MHA, MBA, ARNP, PA-C) with relevant certifications preferred (BMTCN, CPHQ, PM)
10+ years of experience in healthcare, biotech, or pharma, including cellular therapy and oncology settings
Fluent in English and German
Deep understanding of cellular therapy processes, clinical operations, and hospital systems
Proven stakeholder engagement, training development, and project execution experience
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work independently or within matrix teams
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
