Your responsibilities
* Defining test strategies for electrical components and delivering test specifications
* Executing tests according to test specifications and/or other applicable standards
* Maintaining and updating the test infrastructure and measurement equipment
* Working together with external test labs and experts for tests not conducted inhouse or in case of missing expertise
* Developing and implementing state-of-the-art test methods and procedures
* Proposing technical improvements on the tested parts
* Implementing and surveying of CTO laboratory safety rules and directives

Who you are
You are a creative team player with a drive for innovation, you combine a hands-on mindset with strong analytical thinking. You thrive in collaborative environments and are motivated to ensure quality and reliability through rigorous testing and continuous improvement.
What you bring
* Degree in electrical engineering or similar
* Extensive experience in testing of electrical components and systems, electrical CAD and product configuration
* Programming knowledge (PLC, test automation equipment)
* Proficiency in English, Italian is a plus
