We are looking for an experienced Digital Solutions Specialist, joining our Global Digital Support team.
Please note: the preferred location of the candidate is a central area of Benelux. However, we are also open to qualified candidates from other locations.
How will you contribute to SteelcoBelimed?
The SteelcoBelimed Digital Solutions Specialist is a member of the Global Digital Support team, reporting to local service management, responsible for local and cross-border installation, support and maintenance of SteelcoBelimed Digital Solutions with a focus on Connectivity, Traceability (ITS) and IoT. This role serves as a primary point of contact for the customer and local service organization. Additionally, the specialist provides training, ensures smooth project execution, and acts as an SteelcoBelimed Digital Solution ambassador for internal and external stakeholders. Tasks:
Act as a product specialist for SteelcoBelimed Digital Solutions
Installation, Support and Maintenance of SteelcoBelimed Digital Solutions local and cross border (including local commissioning of hard- and software)
Local & global project lead and management for external and internal projects (e.g. Migration project, software tool harmonization)
Assist in tender process of SteelcoBelimed Digital Solutions via Regional Business Owner
Own customer feedback within the Global Digital Support team and align with Regional Business Owner and Product Management.
Interface to local SteelcoBelimed Service organization
Ensure customer onboarding for SteelcoBelimed Digital Solutions
Conduct technical training of SteelcoBelimed Digital Solutions for various internal and external stakeholders
Contribute to global service letters and ensure implementation on local and global level (e.g. updates, upgrades, migrations)
Create service relevant documents (e.g. work instructions)
Participate in product revisions and new developments (regular product specific reviews)
Responsibility:
Project execution of SteelcoBelimed Digital Solutions on customer site (planning, implementation and handover)
Coordinate and solve technical support cases in a customer-oriented manner according to service escalation levels local and cross border
Coordinate maintenance and software updates activities with relevant stakeholders according to SLA
Assist in SLA creation, tender and offering process with local service organization and Regional Business Owner
Act as an SteelcoBelimed Digital Solution ambassador internal and external
Reporting and participation at Complaint Cases
Coordination and participation in service escalation cases
Technical training for customers and internal stakeholders for SteelcoBelimed Digital Solutions
Participation and support in product presentation (Agile Release Train and weekly sprint demos) and further developments
Travel:
Approx. 10-50%
What you need to succeed
Experience:
Experience as IT Supporter advantageous (Windows, Linux, applications, network)
Knowledge and experience with SteelcoBelimed products or willingness to learn
Understanding in electrical and mechanical related to industrial products and applications is a plus
Experience interpreting technical literature
Very good user skills in Windows applications (Office, network tools, server environment)
Experience in customer support is a plus
Experience as a service technician is a plus
Experience in technical training is a plus
IT affinity
Advanced IT/Networking/Windows/Linux skills
Confident use of PC and standard office applications
SAP knowledge is a plus
Technology & Processes
Good knowledge of general healthcare and CSSD specific tools and working practices or willing to learn
Project coordination and alignment with internal and external stakeholders
Structured solution search using the technical documentation and software tools
Craftsmanship skills are a plus
