Responsibilities
* Drive the full NetSuite sales cycle from presales qualification through discovery, demonstrations, proposal, negotiation, and deal closure
* Consistently meet or exceed assigned sales quotas and revenue targets for NetSuite ERP in your territory or segment
* Qualify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts and contribute to crafting comprehensive proposals
* Maintain active engagement with prospects and clients throughout the sales process, positioning NetSuite’s value proposition
* Collaborate with pre-implementation and delivery teams to tailor solutions that meet customer requirements
* Lead contract negotiations for complex transactions—defining terms, pricing, and service-level agreements
* Accurately forecast pipeline and sales outcomes using CRM tools; keep opportunities up to date
* Provide market and competitive feedback to refine sales strategies and guide product enhancements
* Function as an individual contributor in the sales organization, independently managing opportunities from qualification to close.
Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced business/technical certification preferred
* Minimum 2 years of direct NetSuite ERP sales experience with a proven track record of driving SaaS-based deals
* Minimum 3 years of broader ERP sales experience, including enterprise or SaaS solutions
* Expert knowledge of NetSuite modules, suitelets, and ecosystem partners
* Exceptional presentation, negotiation, and communication skills
* Strong analytical skills to interpret pipeline data, forecast accurately, and identify trends
* Highly self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable as a 100% individual contributor
* Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office suite
