Role Description
This is a part-time, on-site role for a Financial Controller based in Zurich. The Financial Controller will oversee financial operations, including preparing and analyzing financial statements, managing accounting records, and preparing payroll. The role involves budget oversight, ensuring compliance with regulations, and providing financial insights to support strategic decision-making. Collaboration with the school administration to maintain financial health will also be a key responsibility.
Qualifications
* Expertise in Financial Statements, Financial Reporting, and Accounting
* Strong Analytical Skills and ability to interpret financial data
* Solid understanding of Finance methodologies and principles
* Attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills
* Proficiency in financial management software and tools
* Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
* Experience in educational institutions or non-profit organizations is a plus
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively within a team
* Fluency in English and German is required; knowledge of any other languages is an advantage
