Job Description: The Supply Chain Manager is responsible for end-to-end supply chain activities, including planning, procurement, inventory management, subcontractor coordination, and supplier relations. This role ensures alignment between company objectives and customer requirements, optimizing service levels, cost efficiency, and operational performance.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Planning:
* Responsible for scheduling in line with company policy and customer needs.
* Management of internal resources and subcontracting.
* Budget monitoring and revision, interface with the sales team.
* Calculation and tracking of customer service levels, dashboard reporting.
* Product management, availability of components to ensure timely production and delivery.
2. Purchasing & Supply:
* Responsible for needs analysis and order placement.
* Proactive follow-up on component deliveries per agreed timelines, incl. chasing suppliers.
* Management of device and component stock levels.
* Monitoring order confirmations and deliveries, with tracking indicators.
* Supplier relations, project coordination, and price negotiations.
* Management of goods reception.
3. Logistics
* Oversee and coordinate timely shipment of products from production facility to customers.
* Manage relationships with carriers, freight forwarders, and customs to optimize cost, quality, and delivery performance.
* Monitor transportation flows to proactively address delays, risks, or bottlenecks.
* Manage product returns and recycling.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration or related field.
* Minimum 3 years of experience in supply chain, planning, or procurement roles.
* Strong analytical skills with experience using ERP systems and Excel-based dashboards.
* Proven negotiation and supplier relationship management capabilities.
* Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
* Fluent in French and English.
