Responsibilities
* Lead investigations, containment, and documentation of non-conformities, CAPAs, audit actions, and customer complaints
* Escalate quality issues as needed
* Ensure timely completion of quality measures such as non-conformities, CAPAs, audit actions, and customer complaints
* Support key business metrics by providing technical support for value stream processes
* Collaborate with team leaders and managers on strategic technical goals
* Implement reduction measures for scrap within the value stream through structured data collection, analysis, and problem-solving
* Manage costs through projects in scrap, reprocessing, and consumables
* Promote a safety culture actively
Qualifications
* Degree in relevant engineering or science field or equivalent qualification
* Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role
* Experience in pharma or medical device industry is advantageous
* Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills
* Fluent in German and English
