Digital Sales Project Manager
to drive key international projects and lead a talented team at the crossroads of business and technology.

As
Digital Sales Project Manager,
you will oversee the global deployment of digital solutions for Key Accounts and cross-functional projects in Sales, Marketing, and Logistics – excluding E-Commerce.
You will act as the strategic and operational link between Business and IT, ensuring technical integration, project quality, and team leadership.
Main Responsibilities
* Lead complex international projects, including technical integrations, business initiatives, and multi- or mono-brand programs
* Define and implement the global strategy: roadmap, budget, KPIs tracking, and executive reporting
* Serve as the primary contact for Sales projects in China and for internal and external technical partners
* Ensure high service quality by supervising project documentation, training materials, and Helpdesk support
* Bridge Business and IT teams by translating technical topics into business language and aligning priorities
* Represent and defend projects before Management, subsidiaries, and external partners
* Manage, coach, and develop the Digital Sales team, fostering collaboration, autonomy, and performance
Profile
* At least 5 years of experience managing complex international projects
* Minimum 3 years in team management, both direct and cross-functional
* Proven business acumen, able to align digital solutions with commercial priorities
* Experience in digital transformation projects within an international group is a strong asset
* Strong technical background to understand system integrations. Knowledge of middleware or ERP systems is a plus

Languages
Proficiency in English and French is mandatory.
Other spoken and written languages are an advantage.
