Your responsibility
* Install, configure, and maintain computer networks and systems.
* Create, modify, and delete user accounts and manage access controls across systems.
* Provide technical assistance to employees or clients, addressing hardware and software issues, login problems, and general IT-related questions.
* Monitor IT Infrastructure performance and troubleshoot problems.
* Deploy and maintain software applications used by the organization, ensuring compatibility with systems and compliance with licensing agreements.
* Use ticketing systems to log and track technical issues, ensuring proper documentation of steps taken to resolve problems.
Your profile
* Federal Diploma, similar or higher education - or relevant specialist knowledge
* Expertise in Microsoft Windows desktop administration and familiar with Office 365, MS Teams, SCCM, Intune, BitLocker and antivirus installation
* Knowledge of VMware, Networking protocols, Active Directory, MFA, File System security, Backups and Recovery
* Ability to quickly assess, diagnose, and troubleshoot technical problems
* Customer-oriented with good communication skills
* Available to participate to on-call service and work over weekend if necessary
* You are fluent in German and English (oral and written)
