Description Your responsibility Install, configure, and maintain computer networks and systems. Create, modify, and delete user accounts and manage access controls across systems. Provide technical assistance to employees or clients, addressing hardware and software issues, login problems, and general IT-related questions. Monitor IT Infrastructure performance and troubleshoot problems. Deploy and maintain software applications used by the organization, ensuring compatibility with systems and compliance with licensing agreements. Use ticketing systems to log and track technical issues, ensuring proper documentation of steps taken to resolve problems.
