Your Role and Responsibilities
* Defining and executing a robust test automation strategy.
* Developing and maintaining test scripts for REST APIs and cloud-based platforms.
* Conducting performance, load, and security testing.
* Collaborating with development teams to ensure test coverage and quality.
* Coordinating testing activities across different stakeholders, providing transparency about test execution and driving defect resolution.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
* Extensive experience in test automation frameworks and strategy/concept.
* Excellent knowledge of Test Automation tools, scripting, programming.
* Hands-on experience in REST API testing and SQL.
* Working knowledge of load and security testing tools.
* Experience in working in agile environments (Scrum/SAFe).
* Fluent in German and English (written & spoken).
* Swiss or EU nationality, or valid Swiss work permit.
Preferred Technical and Professional Experience
* Experience using Jira.
* Familiarity with AI-based test generation.
* Understanding of cloud environments.
* Experience with agile testing or test-driven development.
* Skills in TypeScript.
* Python knowledge.
* French language.
