Although the company operates internationally, a key priority for 2026 is strengthening its integration into Geneva’s business ecosystem through the development of local clients, partnerships, and hiring.
Key Responsibilities
Market Development and Strategy
* Conduct a structured analysis of Geneva’s business and marketing ecosystem
* Identify key industries, target segments, and high-potential opportunities
* Develop and execute a structured prospecting and client acquisition strategy
Client Development
* Identify and develop relationships with Geneva-based clients, including SMEs, creator-related businesses, and other relevant companies
* Build and manage a pipeline of qualified opportunities
* Help convert prospects into sustainable, long-term client engagements
Positioning and Messaging
* Co-develop and refine Blanc Space’s positioning for the Geneva market
* Adapt messaging to address the expectations of local businesses and stakeholders
Partnership Development
* Identify and develop strategic partnerships within the Geneva ecosystem, including accelerators, professional networks, and institutions
* Build relationships with key stakeholders in the local ecosystem
Local Representation and Integration
* Represent Blanc Space at professional events and networking opportunities in Geneva
* Actively contribute to the company’s visibility and integration into the local business community
Candidate Profile
* 5-7 years of professional experience, ideally in business development, sales, or a client-facing role
* Previous experience in growth marketing, performance marketing, or an agency environment
* Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken
* Strong understanding of the Geneva market and the ability to navigate the local business environment, with an existing network among SMEs and mid-sized companies
* Understanding of the creator economy and business models involving collaboration with creators
* Ability to work effectively in a results-oriented environment
* Entrepreneurial mindset, strong execution skills, and a high degree of autonomy
Location
Geneva, Switzerland, with the possibility of working remotely or from a shared workspace
Start date: As soon as possible
Contract type: Part-time, with an expected transition to a full-time position by Q1 2027
