In the role as bGlobal Head of Product Operations /b, you ensure that the organization efficiently manages quality-related processes, oversees the end-to-end handling of market complaints, claims, and recalls, and act as the central escalation point for these matters while fostering strong organizational relationships and promoting innovative problem-solving. You also lead the Product Operations function, including teams of Science Specialists and Senior Science Specialists, who provide flexible support to Product Strategy and Deployment teams, Enabling Functions, and Affiliates. /p h3What makes your day with us special: /h3 h3Strategic Leadership Operational Excellence /h3 pLead and further develop the Product Operations organization, including responsibility for end-to-end quality-related processes, task allocation, budget planning, and operational excellence initiatives across the organization. /p h3Quality, Complaints Recall Management /h3 pOversee and manage market complaints, claims, and recall activities to ensure timely resolution, minimize business impact, and maintain full regulatory compliance. /p h3Leadership /h3 pResponsible for a team of approximately 50 science specialists, ensuring effective resource allocation, aligned prioritization, and strong capability development in close collaboration with key stakeholders. /p h3Escalation Risk Management /h3 pAct as the central escalation point for quality-related issues, driving resolution strategies, conducting risk assessments, and implementing proactive mitigation measures. /p h3Compliance Quality Governance /h3 pEnsure all quality-related processes comply with global regulations, GMP/GDP standards, and internal quality requirements across all operational areas. /p h3Stakeholder Relationship Management /h3 pBuild and maintain strong relationships with internal functions, affiliates, regulatory stakeholders, and external partners to support sustainable quality operations. /p h3Process Improvement Innovation /h3 pDrive continuous improvement initiatives by evaluating and implementing new methodologies, market solutions, and digital tools to optimize quality processes and operational efficiency. /p h3What sets you apart: /h3 h3Academic Qualification Industry Expertise /h3 pMaster’s degree in Pharmacy, Natural Sciences, or a related field combined with more than 10 years of relevant experience within the pharmaceutical industry. /p h3Leadership Cross-Functional Management /h3 pMore than 8 Years extensive leadership experience managing cross-functional teams and complex organizational interfaces, including both direct and indirect leadership responsibilities. /p h3Quality Regulatory Expertise /h3 pDeep expertise in pharmaceutical quality management within GMP/GDP-regulated environments, including complaints, recalls, and regulatory compliance processes. /p h3Analytical Strategic Competence /h3 pStrong analytical capabilities with the ability to interpret quality metrics, make data-driven decisions, and translate risks into actionable strategies. /p h3Stakeholder Escalation Management /h3 pProven ability to moderate cross-functional escalations and manage relationships with stakeholders across all organizational levels internally and externally. /p h3What we offer you besides the job: /h3 h3Corporate culture internationality /h3 pA growing company with a diverse, open working environment and employees from around 40 countries. /p h3Flexible working models work-life balance /h3 pIndividually customisable working models, including the option to work from another EU country for up to two months per year.
