In the role as bGlobal Head of Product Operations /b, you ensure that the organization efficiently manages quality-related processes, oversees the end-to-end handling of market complaints, claims, and recalls, and act as the central escalation point for these matters while fostering strong organizational relationships and promoting innovative problem-solving.
