Its global PMS (Portfolio Management System) platform supports critical business processes such as Advisory, Portfolio Management, Order Management, Suitability checks, and integration with central banking systems, securities referentials, and execution platforms. /p pThe role sits within the Investment Services division, which oversees the functional implementation and evolution of a PMS solution built around Temenos Triple’A. This platform supports users across multiple countries and is undergoing significant transformation and modernization initiatives, with a particular focus on European locations (including Switzerland and Germany). /p pFunctional management for this position is located in Asia, creating a highly multicultural and collaborative context. /p h3Your Responsibilities /h3 pAs a Business Analyst / Techno-Functional Analyst, you will contribute to both BAU activities and major transformation projects around the Triple’A platform. /p h3Business Analysis Stakeholder Interaction /h3 ul liPerform business analysis and act as the point of contact for external vendors, integrators, and business representatives. /li liGather, analyse, and clarify user requirements, including impact assessments. /li liEnhance and structure the product backlog with detailed functional specifications. /li liEnsure alignment of deliverables with business expectations through reviews and continuous communication. /li liContribute to the definition and implementation of the Target Operating Model (TOM) for business processes. /li /ul h3Specifications Documentation /h3 ul liProduce or review General and Detailed Functional Specifications. /li liEnsure complete and accurate documentation of functional and non-functional requirements. /li liLearn system functionalities and data flows to define evolutions of the functional architecture. /li /ul h3Quality Assurance, Testing Support /h3 ul liReview SIT test cases and support test execution phases. /li liPrepare and assist with UAT activities. /li liContribute to incident analysis and support as needed. /li liEnsure risks and issues are properly escalated. /li /ul h3Required Skills /h3 ul li5+ years of experience in business analysis within a software engineering or IT environment. /li liExperience with transformation projects involving PMS or Core Banking systems. /li liStrong knowledge of financial products, asset classes, and wealth management pricing mechanisms. /li liSolid understanding of Portfolio Management, Advisory workflows, Risk Modelling, and Optimization. /li liKnowledge of the order lifecycle, derivatives, and structured products. /li liExcellent documentation skills and attention to detail. /li liExperience with Waterfall and Scrum methodologies. /li liMandatory understanding of Wealth Management / Private Banking / Front Office processes. /li liDesign Thinking knowledge is a plus. /li /ul h3Technical Skills /h3 ul liMandatory techno-functional expertise on Temenos Triple’A, including: ul liArchitecture understanding /li liFunctional features /li liCustomisation (format/screen scripting) /li /ul /li liProficiency with JIRA and Confluence. /li liAwareness of cybersecurity principles. /li liProduct Owner or Scrum Master certification is an advantage. /li /ul h3Soft Skills /h3 ul liAbility to work in multicultural environments (Europe + Asia). /li liProfessionalism, patience, and maturity. /li liStrong teamwork and presentation skills. /li /ul h3Languages /h3 ul liFluent English (mandatory) /li liFrench is a strong asset /li liGerman is a plus /li /ul h3Experience /h3 ul liBachelor’s or Master’s degree. /li liMinimum 5 years of experience on the Triple’A platform. /li li10 years of experience in Wealth Management / Private Banking environments. /li /ul pThe assignment is available immediately and based in Geneva. /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
