We Are Hiring: Area Sales Manager (M/W)
Your Tasks
1. Responsibility for leasing and sales of several business centers
2. Increasing sales in the assigned centers
3. Developing and implementing an effective sales plan for the territory
4. Acquiring new customers and closing new deals
5. Establishing and strengthening business relationships with existing customers, brokers, and partners
Your Profile
1. Successfully completed vocational training or studies
2. Very good knowledge of French and English, both written and spoken
3. Excellent manners and a well-groomed appearance
4. Strong organizational skills, team-oriented, reliable
5. Excellent communication skills
6. A strong sales personality with a persistent desire to close deals
7. Integrative, cooperative, down-to-earth, with excellent negotiation skills, and high success and goal orientation
8. Independent, proactive, responsible, flexible, and entrepreneurial thinking and acting
