About the Role -
Supply Chain Specialist, responsible for warehouse and logistics-related tasks at the Swiss Warehousing and Logistics Center, primarily including product receiving, shipping, in-stock management, inventory transfers, consolidation, as well as inventory counting and disposal; printing sales order documents, verifying packaging and shipments, and handling logistics tracking and communication; receiving and dispatching marketing and sales-related materials and gifts; procurement of daily-use consumables and equipment for the warehouse; and handling other warehouse-related tasks.
Responsibilities -
1. Receiving, verifying, and warehousing products transferred to the Swiss warehouse, including physical and system operations.
2. Receiving and managing inventory of shipping supplies and marketing gifts transferred to the Swiss warehouse.
3. In-stock management, transfers, consolidation, inventory counting, and disposal of warehouse products and promotional materials/gifts.
4. Outbound processing and record-keeping of warehouse products and materials, covering both system and physical operations.
5. Receiving, printing, and organizing sales order documents; verifying, packing, and shipping goods; and handling logistics tracking and communication.
6. Processing requests for marketing materials, customer gifts, and accompanying items, including packing and shipping.
7. Regular maintenance of warehouse equipment (e.g., refrigerators and printers), including defrosting refrigerators and replacing printer toner cartridges.
8. Procurement of necessary warehouse logistics supplies, equipment, and office materials.
9. Daily management of warehouse and equipment (e.g., refrigerators), including space monitoring and optimization (e.g., temperature control, warehouse safety).
10. Coordinating and handling other daily warehouse-related tasks (e.g., projects, process optimization, cross-border and cross-departmental collaboration).
Qualifications
1. Knowledge: (Education/Major/Qualification Certificate):
College Degree or above
No professional restrictions
Proficient communication in English
2. Experience (Professional, Project/Process, Leadership):
Priority should be given to the following situations:
Have experience in warehousing and logistics related work
3. General Competence:
Have customer service and global awareness, strong communication skills and team collaboration awareness
Has a certain level of stress resistance and occasional overtime is acceptable
Responsible, proactive, willing to take on responsibilities, agile and adaptable
Capable of patiently and meticulously handling all tasks
4. Professional Competence:
Master basic data processing skills in Excel
