Ph3Position /h3 pAs an HR Operations, you support the Local HR Managers and HR Business Partners in the professional management of employee life cycle activities for our site in Thalwil. You contribute to a positive employee experience by ensuring smooth, accurate, and timely execution of administrative and operational HR processes. You are a key point of contact for employees for HR-related topics and support the local implementation of global HR initiatives and processes.
