How You'll Make An Impact
* Development and design of customer‑specific high‑voltage bushings
* Maintenance and creation of technical documentation, bills of materials, and master data in the SAP system
* Implementation of technical specifications and application of dimensional, form, and positional tolerances
* Optimization of existing designs with regard to efficiency, manufacturability, and quality
* Independent execution of smaller development projects or tool improvements
* Support in the continuous improvement of our processes and products
Your Background
* Completed training as a design engineer (EFZ) or a comparable qualification
* 3 to 5 years of professional experience in mechanical design or product design
* Solid knowledge of 3D design, ideally with Creo (PTC)
* Independent, reliable, and solution‑oriented working style
* High level of initiative and sense of responsibility
* Very good German skills, both written and spoken; English skills are an advantage
