Responsibilities
* Lead global tanking, final assembly, dismantling, and dispatch processes.
* Support factory expansions and greenfield projects worldwide.
* Drive innovation in productivity and process optimization.
* Lead global process owner community and provide training to local engineers. Conduct operational audits and update production standards.
* Collaborate with R&D and engineering teams on manufacturability improvements.
* Support investigations and lead PFMEA activities.
* Report monthly on global project progress and milestones.
* Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines
Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering preferred.
* 10+ years of experience in transformer and shunt reactor manufacturing.
* Proven experience in global project implementation and technology transfer.
* Strong understanding of AC/DC transformer manufacturing concepts.
* Skilled in cross-functional collaboration and change management.
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
* Willingness to travel internationally as needed.
