Manufacturing Process Development Engineer (m/f/d)
As a Manufacturing Process Development Engineer at Sonova, you will help shape how our hearing instruments, chargers, and wireless accessories are manufactured — ensuring our products can be produced with high quality, reliability, and efficiency at scale.
You will focus on developing and optimizing manufacturing processes with a strong emphasis on joining and encapsulation technologies. Working closely with R&D, Industrialization, and Production teams across locations, you will bridge product design and industrial execution — from early feasibility studies through to validated production processes. This is a hands‑on, cross‑functional role where engineering, experimentation, and process thinking come together to enable robust and scalable manufacturing solutions.
