LE/MRC Senior Financial Analyst
Johnson & Johnson is recruiting for a Senior Finance Analyst to lead the Legal Entity (LE) and Management Reporting Company (MRC) Process workstream under the SigniFi Finance Transformation program. This role reports directly to the LE/MRC Operations Senior Finance Manager and can be based in the UK, Belgium, Ireland, Czech Republic or Switzerland, with a preference for the UK.
In this high‑profile global‑facing role you will support the Senior Finance Manager in crafting and deploying a strategy to simplify the current reporting structure. The goal is to enable the business to view results by management responsibility internally and externally for SEC, US Tax and local statutory reporting, moving the Enterprise toward an end‑state design that uses Legal Entity to drive transactions and external reporting, consolidating on a Country, Currency, Sector construct.
Key Responsibilities
* Support the MRC to Country, Currency, and Sector (CCS) construct transition, simplifying current state complexities and supporting stakeholder change management.
* Leverage analytics to identify gaps and challenges in the current LE/MRC structure.
* Support timely execution of program results in alignment with the coordinated project plan for the LE/MRC workstream.
* Collaborate with other SigniFi teams globally to provide insightful analytics and develop recommendations for the Leadership team on interim and end‑state design.
* Work closely with internal cross‑functional partners to support continuous improvement and corrective actions to maintain run‑state processes.
Qualifications
* A bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting (or equivalent).
* Fully qualified or internationally qualified accountant.
* Proven experience in finance, accounting or related business experience.
* Intermediate to advanced skills in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
* Strong communication, presentation, interpersonal and influencing skills.
* Ability to work independently and balance multiple tasks simultaneously.
* Ability to maintain and improve consistent and sound business processes in a dynamic, cross‑cultural environment.
* Travel up to 10% of the time may be required.
* Experience in a complex, multi‑ERP/system environment preferred.
* Strong understanding of accounting and financial systems methodologies, including SAP preferred.
