Tegra Medical, in Franklin, is looking to fill the Project Manager/in position. The project manager is principally responsible for leading internal & external communication between all stakeholders such as the customer, commercial teams, operations and manufacturing engineering teams. The ideal person implements quality and productivity improvements to provide continuous improvement and enhance customer experience. The ideal candidate will be accountable for overall on time project implementation by coordinating with cross functional teams to deliver manufacturing solutions for medical device production.
Your Tasks
Lead cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and to scope
Drive suppliers change requests to improve quality, efficiency, and capacity
Plan and deliver continuous improvement and cost reduction projects post-SOP
Define project plans, timelines and ensure accountability
Lead regular cross functional project meetings
Prepare and present project reports
Manage schedules, resources, costs, and project status
Identify and mitigate project risks
Ensure customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle
Your profile
Bachelor's degree in engineering with 2+ years of experience in a regulated manufacturing environment (Automotive, Medical, Aerospace or similar)
Experience leading multiple device design and manufacturing projects
Self‑motivated, proactive, and results‑driven
Able to adapt quickly and learn new skills
Experience with Microsoft Project preferred
