Our client is an international company operating in the Construction sector, known for its expertise and commitment to excellence.
Active participation in general accounting during monthly closings.
Support on various key accounting processes (provisions, exceptional transactions) to ensure monthly closings are completed on time.
Analysis and monitoring of customer accounts, management of reminders and contentious cases.
Weekly reporting of open items to management
Active contribution to the implementation of a new ERP system (from Microsoft Dynamics AX to Oracle).
Preparation of VAT returns.
Control and monitoring of the application of the group's accounting principles.
Various administrative tasks related to accounting.
Actively participate in improving processes and tools.
Location: Lausanne.
International environment in the construction sector.
Successful Applicant:
Holder of an advanced qualification in accounting (Federal Diploma, HEG or university).
Solid experience within an accounting department in Switzerland and experience in an international company is an asset.
Comfortable with standard IT tools and good knowledge of ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics AX).
Proficient in French and English (C1); knowledge of German is an asset.
Methodical and autonomous, while open to new working methods.
Enjoys contact and teamwork, trustworthy person.
Flexible and responsive, able to adapt quickly.
