Here at Batgroup, our objective is to become the global leader provider of the "well-being at home" with high-quality cleaning services. With 150 employees and more than 4,000 Trusted Professional Cleaning Agents, headquartered in Switzerland and expanding across Europe, we are making that a reality. Batgroup was created to reinforce our primary mission: the fight against the Black Market and ensuring that the cleaning industry workers have the coverage and insurance they deserve. Within the Batgroup, we offer a variety of services, from booking a cleaning through Batmaid to hiring house cleaning employees via Batsoft.
What You'll Be Doing:

Operational Excellence & Customer Delight:
* Deliver outstanding experiences by supporting our Customer Service team in daily operations and ensuring smooth service delivery.
* Solve real customer challenges—from agent absences to service issues—with creativity, empathy, and a focus on 5-star outcomes.
* Follow up on feedback and help us turn insights into action.
Supporting Our Trusted Cleaning Professionals:
* Be a go-to person for our cleaning agents: assist them with questions, requests, and operational needs.
* Help ensure our service providers feel supported, informed, and valued.
Strategic Thinking & Process Innovation:
* Collaborate with our leadership to identify pain points and streamline workflows.
* Propose fresh ideas to improve tools, systems, and processes that make our day-to-day operations smarter and faster.
Growth & Brand Impact:
* Contribute to our growth efforts by testing out-of-the-box strategies with the Growth team.
* Play a part in ensuring a consistent, compelling brand presence across different markets.

* You're currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Bachelor's or Master's program—any field is welcome!
* You learn fast, think creatively, and love a good challenge.
* You take initiative and don't shy away from owning your projects.
* You thrive in fast-paced, international environments and enjoy working with diverse teams.
* You bring strong communication skills in both English and German (C1 level minimum).
* You're tech-curious and excited to work with digital platforms that drive innovation.
