About the role

o Management and ownership of your customer accounts in the On Trade channel, including WHS and Specialists. Run full day-to-day business.
o Establish and foster relationships at customer level with decision-makers.
o Develop and implement winning joint customer business plans that are grounded in value creation and drive mutual, sustainable growth.
o Lead customer negotiations covering trade terms, promotional plans, and marketing investments.
o Increase sales by identifying distribution opportunities, white spots, optimize promotional plans and activations together with support functions.
o Comprehensive analysis of the relevant customer and category data. Elaborate and implement tailormade and data driven customer strategy recommendations.
o Support development of customer-specific marketing concepts and track via measures of success.
o Implement new product launches and campaigns
o Facilitate category management projects
o Collaboration with the field organization and important internal teams such as revenue growth management, customer activation, finance, logistics and customer experience teams

About You

o Leadership: meaningful experience in key account management for the On-trade channel within FMCG or related industries. A diverse set of backgrounds is encouraged.
o Negotiation Skills: history of securing mutually beneficial agreements successfully.
o Collaboration: cross-functional experience is beneficial; teamwork is vital.
o Strategic Planning: confirmed ability to develop and implement plans that drive growth.
o Financial Competence: excellent analytical skills, assertiveness, interpersonal skills, self-starter.
o Communication & Relationships: excellent interpersonal skills for building internal and external relationships.
o Adaptability & Innovation: Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments with an entrepreneurial mentality and strategical ownership who enjoys teamwork but also working independently.
