Therefore were are looking to strengthen our IT Department at our Headoffice (HQ) in Steinhausen with you, as
Salesforce Engineer 80 – 100%
What you will do
1. Supporting the training of new users and expanding Salesforce knowledge throughout the organization
2. Understand complex requirements and develop solution proposals
3. Identify impact of new requirements on Salesforce and evaluate all upstream and downstream applications, systems and processes
4. Work with Salesforce users to define and document development requirements
5. Maintain documentation of current functionality
6. Perform regular internal system audits and prepare upgrades
7. Ensuring optimal performance of the Salesforce system
What we require from you
8. Completed (commercial/informatics) degree or equivalent
9. Minimum 3 years+ practical experience as a Salesforce administrato r/engineer/business analyst
10. Experience in creating new processes and implementing them
11. Knowledge of Salesforce products, their functionalities and best practices
12. Salesforce Admin certification,. Sales Cloud and Service Cloud certifications preferred
13. Proficient English skills, advanced knowledge in German
14. proactive and communicative personality
