We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer who can help drive the of our software systems, support the engineering team in tackling complex challenges, and ensure high standards of quality across the entire codebase. In this role, you will work closely with our solution architect and AI experts, contribute hands-on to key features, and continuously strengthen our practices in CI/CD, testing, and software maintainability—playing a central part in shaping both our technology and our team.
Role
* Contribute to the development and technical direction of software systems, supporting the team in solving complex and innovative engineering challenges.
* Act as a key reference for the company's codebase, ensuring quality and consistency across projects.
* Collaborate with AI experts to implement, test, and ship new features.
* Enhance company standards in CI/CD, testing, and software maintenance best practices.
Key Responsibilities
* Act as a reference for the engineering team and oversee code quality and consistency.
* Contribute directly to building core components and critical features.
* Collaborate closely with AI experts to integrate models, pipelines, and new functionalities.
* Establish and maintain high engineering standards (testing, code reviews, CI/CD, observability).
* Mentor and support team members, fostering growth and knowledge sharing.
* Participate in strategic technological decisions and help shape product and engineering roadmaps.
Required Technical Skills
* Strong proficiency in Java and Python, including ecosystem tools and best practices.
* Solid experience with C/C++ for performance-critical components.
* Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and system design.
* Experience building RESTful APIs and working with modern HTTP-based architectures.
* Knowledge of SQL and/or NoSQL databases.
* Experience with Docker, Git, and modern CI/CD pipelines.
Education and Experience
* 5+ years of software development experience, including contributive architectural design.
* Demonstrated experience in technical ownership, project guidance, or team leadership
* Master’s degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering.

* Proven technical leadership and capability to support junior developers.
* Excellent communication skills and a strong aptitude for cross-team collaboration.
