In this position, you will oversee all financial transactions of the company and manage the company’s financial reporting. Your job profile includes:
* Responsibility for the entire process from general ledger accounting to the preparation of annual reports and its audits
* Creditor and payroll processes
* Social security, tax, and pension declarations
* Selective projects (e.g. simplification and standardization of finance processes, introduction of reporting solutions, business analytics)
As prerequisites for this exciting role, we expect a relevant degree in e.g. Business Administration, Finance, or a comparable education that comes with accounting proficiency. You have already gained initial professional or project-based experience in Finance or Accounting and have a good understanding of financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting. Your strong communication skills enable you to clearly present analyses and insights to internal teams, company management, and external stakeholders. You enjoy taking initiative, show entrepreneurial spirit, and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment like our innovative start-up in the pharmaceutical sector. You work well both independently and as part of a team. Very good English skills complete your profile.
