Local FP&A Manager
in our Finance Department at Headquarters in Lucerne
Your responsibilities
* Lead monthly performance analysis and support accurate reporting with Accounting.
* Manage planning cycles (Budget, Forecasts, 3-Year Plans) and consolidate inputs across stores and HQ.
* Build business cases and financial models for strategic projects.
* Partner with store managers and HQ teams, ensuring insights drive business decisions.
* Optimize reporting, forecasting, and planning processes using automation and advanced analytics.
Your skills
* Degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration; MBA or professional qualification (CPA, CFA, ACCA) a plus.
* 5+ years of FP&A or Controlling experience, ideally in retail.
* Strong skills in planning cycles, financial modelling, and business case preparation.
* Analytical mindset with ability to translate data into actionable insights.
* Confident communicator with senior stakeholder management skills.
* In-depth knowledge in D365, LucaNet, advanced Excel, Power BI or similar BI tools is considered an asset.
* Fluent in English and German.
