Your Mission As the Store Architecture Manager, you will lead the creative and technical development of Direct Retail store designs across global markets. You will work cross-functionally with internal teams and external agencies to deliver impactful, consumer-centric environments that reflect PMI's evolving brand and retail strategy. ? Key Responsibilities Oversee the full design process of retail store projects - from initial brief to validation of technical drawings. Deliver high-quality, brand-aligned store concepts that integrate storytelling, functionality, and commercial needs. Adapt and tailor store designs for key international locations in collaboration with internal and external partners. Champion continuous design innovation, staying ahead of retail trends and digital integration. Help refine and evolve PMI's global design guidelines and execution methodologies. Support architectural deployment teams to ensure project delivery on time, on equity, and within budget. Act as a creative leader and advocate for Brand Retail design across stakeholders and leadership. ? What You Bring Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or related field (BA/BS or MA/MS). 10 years of experience in retail design (corporate or agency side), with a strong portfolio of successful executions. Proven ability to manage large-scale, complex design projects across regions. Strong design sensitivity and ability to translate brand DNA into physical experiences. Proficiency in key design tools (AutoCAD, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp). Hands-on, solutions-oriented mindset with excellent attention to detail.
