Job Title: Account Manager – French-Speaking Switzerland (Coffee Specialist)

Location: Geneva & Romandy region, Switzerland

Work Type: Full-time, 3 days in-store (Manor Geneva) / 2 days account management

Languages Required: Fluent in French and English


About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Account Manager with a passion for coffee and strong retail experience to join our team in the French-speaking part of Switzerland. This hybrid role combines three days a week in-store promotional activities at Manor Geneva, with two days focused on managing retail accounts across the Romandy region. The ideal candidate is both a hands-on brand ambassador and a strategic relationship builder, playing a critical role in driving brand visibility and sales across the region.


Key Responsibilities

* Represent and promote our premium coffee machines within Manor Geneva through live demonstrations and customer engagement.
* Drive sell-out performance and maintain an elevated brand presence on the shop floor.
* Build and nurture relationships with key retail partners across the French-speaking region of Switzerland.
* Develop tailored promotional plans and in-store execution strategies with retail partners.
* Analyze sales performance and provide actionable insights for growth.
* Act as the go-to product expert for both consumers and store staff, providing training where necessary.
* Coordinate and participate in coffee festivals, trade fairs, and brand events across Switzerland and EMEA.
* Ensure compliance with visual merchandising standards and promotional guidelines.
* Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to share market insights and identify opportunities.


What We’re Looking For

* Minimum 3 years of experience in in-store demonstration and account management, preferably in the consumer electronics or premium appliances sector.
* Fluent in French and English – both written and spoken.
* Proven knowledge and passion for coffee machines and the coffee industry.
* Flexible and adaptable work ethic – available to work weekends, evenings, and travel when needed.
* Energetic self-starter with a “can-do” attitude and eagerness to continuously learn and grow. Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
