Responsibilities
Plan and execute customer projects while ensuring compliance with cGMP.
Manage technical tasks and oversee qualification documentation creation.
Coordinate risk assessments and act as a liaison with stakeholders.
Planning, coordination and execution of investment and customer projects (equipment, systems, utilities) according to current cGMP and GAMP 5 requirements.
Management and control of technical specialist tasks.
Creation and review of qualification and validation documents (URS, DQ, IQ, OQ, PQ).
Conducting risk analyses (e.g., FMEA, Risk Assessment).
Interface function between customers, internal departments (production, QA, engineering) and external partners.
Ensuring timely implementation of project and qualification measures while complying with regulatory requirements.
Change control management as well as support during audits and inspections.
Qualifications
Technical education with project management experience in pharma.
Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and documentation.
Effective communication skills in German and English.
Completed technical vocational training with further education HF, FH or technical studies.
Extensive experience in technical project management as well as in the qualification of pharmaceutical plants and systems, such as process, filling, packaging and infrastructure systems.
Regulatory knowledge related to calibration, maintenance and technical documentation.
Experience with computer-based systems and automated plants (CSV advantageous).
Professional experience in a GMP‑regulated environment.
