DEMARCHE is looking for several trainers for its entity DFC - Démarche Formation Conseil,
French / Mathematics / IT Trainer, Permanent Contract, 60-100%
Your missions
In this position, your mission is to train groups of young adults and adults, including migrant or senior audiences, within the framework of various integration measures. The objective is to strengthen skills in French (FLE), mathematics and/or IT (Office suite) in order to prepare beneficiaries to enter professional training, develop autonomy in using essential computer tools for job searching, and promote socio-professional integration. Thus, you adapt content to individual levels and differentiated objectives, lead group and individual sessions, and ensure regular follow-up in collaboration with integration advisers and job coaches.
Your main tasks
Plan and structure courses according to defined objectives
Define content and andragogical steps by choosing teaching methods adapted to learning, and create appropriate course materials
Lead training sessions
Adjust course progression according to the individual pace and levels of participants
Manage group work
Evaluate the training process based on set andragogical objectives
Identify obstacles encountered during training and correct detected areas for improvement
Inform integration advisers about the participant’s progress and difficulties encountered
