Fund Controller Private Equity
Aufgaben
1. As a German-speaking member of the PE controlling team responsible for the financial and operational management of funds of funds and investment issues in the private equity business.
2. Ensure cash management, financial accounting and reporting to internal or external stakeholders.
3. Act as point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, e.g. administrators, auditors, managers, investment partners, investors.
4. Monitor fund of funds and portfolio companies.
5. Ensure information accuracy and consistency.
6. Control investment reports and analyze information.
7. Ensure correct valuations.
8. Ensure compliance with all applicable deadlines and manage workflows.
9. Support fund operations projects.
10. Ongoing optimization of department’s processes and systems.
Qualifikation
1. Studies in finance, accounting, administration or controlling.
2. Work experience with different types of funds at an asset manager, bank or Big4 firm.
3. Experience with Private Equity, Debt and Infrastructure funds is an asset.
4. Understanding of investment controlling.
5. Experience with databases.
6. Strong analytical skills.
7. Ability to work closely with colleagues and stakeholders worldwide.
8. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
9. Well organized and independent.
10. Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
11. Proficient in MS Office (Excel, VBA).
12. Swiss residence.
13. Fluent in German and English.
