About the Role
As the Consulting Lead – Pharma, Life Science and Healthcare, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping and scaling our Life Sciences & Healthcare consulting practice in Switzerland and across the DACH region. You’ll balance strategic client leadership with hands‑on delivery excellence, ensuring every engagement drives sustainable transformation and tangible business and patient outcomes.
This role requires deep domain expertise in pharma R&D, digital health platforms, medical data management, or healthcare interoperability, combined with proven experience in data, AI, and cloud transformation programs. Additionally, the role calls for the ability to build and deepen industry relationships, and to thoughtfully identify and act on relevant insights that emerge from these networks.
Department: Consulting & Delivery Excellence – Services, Retail & Consumer Goods
What you’ll do
* Strategic & Client Development: Generate new leads, optimize existing commitments, hydrate the account pipeline, expand relationships across clinical development (operations are included) and regulatory submissions, data products, commercial & market access, medical affairs and healthcare provider clients; inform and foster presales and solution design; strategic advisor on data governance and compliance.
* Operational Excellence: Oversee multi‑workstream programs spanning data modernization, clinical analytics, and AI‑driven research acceleration; embed delivery governance; support specialized resource planning.
* Team Leadership & Development: Grow and mentor consulting teams, foster ethical innovation and responsible AI, and be a strong collaborator.
* Growth Enablement: Build market relationships, establish deep‑tech brand value, and co‑create go‑to‑market propositions for AI product, services, implementations, support engagement structuring and pricing.
Your KPI's
* Driving sales for the Swiss Market and wider DACH Region (as % increase over baseline for existing customers and as NNR for whitespace customers)
* Driving innovation in terms of the development of reusable IP for Clouds on Mars
* CSAT of customers
* Margin on Services Sold
What you bring
* 10–15 years in consulting or technology leadership for services, FSI, retail, FMCG, fashion, or consumer goods.
* Strong understanding of customer experience, digital commerce, and data platforms; proven success in client growth and delivery.
* Strong understanding of data, Analytics and foundational AI.
* Proven success in regulated environments; compliance expertise (GxP, MDR, GDPR, HIPAA).
* English and German/French proficiency.
