Responsibilities
* Onboard and manage a portfolio of Benelux clients, building strong relationships and driving product adoption.
* Develop strategic, results‑driven PPC campaigns to maximize ROI and long‑term performance.
* Upsell and optimize client campaigns, increasing spend and engagement.
* Analyze market trends, customer objectives, and competitor activity to adapt strategies.
* Handle outbound calls daily, identify client needs, and provide tailored marketing solutions.
* Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations (GDPR).
Qualifications
* German C2 + English B2 - C1
* Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
* 2+ years’ experience in sales, marketing, or account management, ideally with client‑facing roles
* Strong understanding of the European market and cultural nuances
* Skilled in CRM tools, data analysis, and digital marketing platforms (Google Ads experience preferred)
* Proactive, target‑driven, and confident in delivering presentations and building relationships
