Your Mission:
* Actively manage Nexova’s LinkedIn presence: plan content, create posts, and conduct targeted outreach to expand our reach and network.
* Independently manage, optimize, and evaluate Google Ads and retargeting campaigns (including Facebook/Meta) — data-driven and results-oriented.
* Design and implement email marketing: from campaign planning to evaluation.
* Maintain and update website content in WordPress and keep the Google Maps profile up to date.
* Analyze marketing analytics and derive concrete actions — you make data understandable and usable.
* Create and maintain Notion databases and conduct internal training sessions for the team.
* Program and manage GPTs and AI agents to automate and scale marketing processes.
* Support partner management as well as organize team events and special occasions.
Your Profile:
* You have training or a degree in marketing, communication, or digital marketing — or have acquired the necessary know-how through practical experience and initiative.
* You have experience managing paid campaigns (Google Ads, Meta/Facebook) and understand the logic behind performance marketing.
* You are proficient with tools such as Notion, WordPress, and common analytics platforms.
* You are interested in AI tools and are comfortable building and further developing GPTs or simple agents yourself.
* Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken, as content is created in both languages.
* You work in a structured, independent, and proactive way — and maintain an overview even when handling multiple tasks in parallel.
* Interest in or basic understanding of the finance and fiduciary industry is an advantage.
