Your role ensure a seamless Front to Back onboarding, a continued client service and support post go-live throughout the trading lifecycle.
act as the single point of contact for clients regarding electronic trading solutions
lead and coordinates various internal and external specialists including project teams
work closely with external and internal stakeholders in Switzerland and abroad
act as the interface between external clients and internal cross-divisional entities in the areas of trading products and their related trading desks as well as support functions such as Legal, Compliance, Operations, Custody and Business Technology
build and foster a smooth and successful client relationship for clients in Switzerland and abroad
identify and implement client requirements and customized setups in a smooth and efficient way by always having the cost- / reward ratio in mind
conduct periodical client reviews along with Sales and Business
Your team You will be working in IB Operations, as an Onboarding/Connectivity Specialist mainly responsible for Banks, External Clients and UBS Entities
Your expertise sound experiences in servicing clients in the financial industry or a university degree with strong conceptual and analytical skills
experience in Front, Mid or Back Office activities in a trading environment (Foreign Exchange) or as a Project Manager
hands-on experience with direct client contact, excellent coordination- and fast learning skills combined with a good understanding of client relationship management
strong collaboration and influencing skills including problem solving skills
ability to multitask and to work under pressure / tight deadlines
strong sense of ownership and leadership
excellent communication skills in English and German, French or Italian is beneficial
